How do the downloads work?

When you place your order for a musical using the 'buy download' button, you are taken immediately to PayPal to make your payment. Once your payment has been processed we will transfer your purchase to you by email via WeTransfer. As this is a small business, the transfer will not happen automatically. You will receive a confirmation but you should receive your purchase within 3 working days.

What if I lose the download?

If you lose the download, please email us at info@flippineck.org.uk with your name and the date that you made your purchase. Upon verfication of your purchase, we will transfer your purchase to your email via WeTransfer.
